Single storey wrap around extension with roof light and flat roof, finished with a K-rend coating on half the extension, and Siberian larch clad blockwork with zinc capping to the other half. The overall layout of the existing building was completely reconfigured, with some major structural works undertaken. Polished concrete floors throughout the ground floor, with a simplistic but modern kitchen install, new electrics and plumbing with under floor heating included.
