The conversion of the double garage to an annex has been completed to the very highest standard and is a real credit to Joseph Hulme and his team. These guys are wonderful. I've used them a number of times and every time they do a great job. The work was carried out to a very high standard and they were really good at keeping me informed of what was going on and where they got to in the work. The neighbours commented on how tidy and professional Truebuild Solutions are.

Would thoroughly recommend Truebuild Solutions, they have been excellent in the time we have been dealing with them. They've done everything from laying a concrete base and building a summer house, to plastering rooms, plumbing a toilet and sink, demolishing a chimney breast and rebuilding a porch. All the work has been completed to a very high standard, on time and within the quote given (except when extra bits have popped up, as they inevitably do, but we were kept informed at all times). Joe was always available for queries and advice, and his colleagues were polite, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

From the start, Joseph was very professional, providing me with copies of his insurance, turning up to site visits on time and replying promptly to texts, calls and e-mails. He and his team sealed up the entire area with tape and plastic matting and tidied up thoroughly every night. He scheduled the plasterers, plumbers, sparkies and builders well; even working the odd Saturday morning! I was kept informed of all pricing variances/extra work and would definitely recommend Truebuild to anyone - 100%. I fully intend to use them for all my future building work needs.

Great team, extremely courteous and thoughtful about householders living in house during works. Any minor issues that occurred during the build were discussed, with options ready. No corners cut, extremely good finish. Saving up pennies to ask them to render front of house too. Highly recommend them.

The overall work was very good. During the whole process the area was kept clean and did not impact upon the rest of the house. Where issues arose we were kept informed and if something in the design proved difficult a resolution was found. Re-plastering and removal of wall was completed as we had expected and this gave an excellent finish to the whole kitchen. I thought the price we were quoted for the work was very good and competitive.

Very efficient team. They took great care over the work, tried to keep the place tidy despite it being a messy job and we’re always polite and considerate. Very professional.
