Single storey brick extension to ground floor & first floor extension to extend the back wall. Timber joinery instead throughout, including a new staircase. Install of a bespoke handmade kitchen, underfloor heating with a stone tile fitted throughout the extension and into the existing lobby, ground floor w/c and first floor bathroom created following the reconfiguration of the layout. We also installed a new Indian sandstone patio, pathway and further landscaping works, including a bespoke brick BBQ.
