Double storey brick & block extension with an open sided oak porch, finished with a handmade clay tile to both end to end hip roof, and first floor external walls. Install of new ground floor w/c, first floor bathroom to new extension, new electrics & plumbing, and adding of two extra rooms creating a new lounge and master bedroom. We installed new timber joinery to match existing, and re-fitting some of the original doors back in. Along with all this, we managed to reconfigure the existing space and introduce a utility room and update the kitchen with new fittings and worktops.
