Garage conversion to an existing double half-timber, half brick garage. The building was converted with the idea of being a self contained unit, and the introduction of a first floor bedroom. This project was very structurally focused and included the install of several timber and steel elements throughout. We added rooflights to the rear and two dormers to the front, along with a strip and re-roof in Kent peg tiles to match existing. We installed a ground floor shower room, small kitchenette, new electrics & plumbing, a timber staircase with in-built cupboard underneath and new timber joinery to match the existing main house design. Everything was finished off with an engineered timber floor covering and decorated throughout.
