This refurbishment project included new sub structure elements such a new concrete slabs internally, new rendering and damp proof applications throughout, the re-configuration of the first and second floor space, to create additional bedrooms and re-format the layout for the additional ensuite bathrooms to all bedrooms and a family bathroom. We installed new electrics & plumbing, second fix carpentry and timber window and doors throughout, as well as a bespoke kitchen with marble worktops.
