Single storey brick & block side extension, and first floor brick & timber extension to rear to enlarge the footprint creating more bedroom space. We introduced a modern imperial brick to match the existing house to the first floor, and a modern metric brick to the ground floor side extension, which had a cement weatherboarding finish to the rear elevation. New electrics & plumbing were installed along with a new kitchen, ground floor w/c, family bathroom, aluminium bi-folds and composite windows and decorated throughout.
